EXPOVERSUM d.o.o. Belgrade-Palilula is the controller of your personal data and is responsible for the processing and storage of your personal data.

We respect your privacy and carefully protect your personal information. In this Policy, we inform you about the personal data we collect from you, for what purposes and on what legal basis, the security measures we use to protect them, the persons with whom we share them, the period for which we keep them, as well as your rights regarding the protection of personal data.

This policy applies to all visitors to our platform.

Each individual term specified below has a purpose within this Policy, as set forth in this chapter:

● Processing means the acts of collecting, recording, classifying, grouping, i.e. structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, discloseing, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, or delivery, duplicating, disseminating or otherwise making available, comparing, restricting, erasing or destroying personal data;
● Service – information society service – an online platform that serves to present our services that we offer.

In order to send you information about upcoming trade fair events, we collect an email address from you. The legal basis for processing is consent.

Access to and processing of your data will be carried out by persons employed by EXPOVERSUM d.o.o. Bulgaria, as the owner of the platform.

We may share your information with third parties if we are required to do so by law or by a court order.

All recipients of your personal data are obliged to take all appropriate technical, organizational and personnel measures to ensure the security of your personal data.

We retain your data until you revoke your consent. After the revocation, your data will be deleted within one month.

The Platform protects your data by using the following safeguards:

1. We store your personal data in a secure cloud. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect personal information provided to us, both during transmission and after receipt, such as various security technologies and procedures to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure of information. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you send to us. Therefore, although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
2. For the security of your personal data, we have adopted appropriate technical and organizational measures, which include, in particular:

   • protection of access to personal data,

   • education of employees, who process personal data as part of their work,

1. to provide you with access to your personal data;
At any time, you have the right to request from us to access your personal data, to obtain information about the purpose for which the data is used and processed, the category of your personal data that we keep, the period for which we process and store your data. You may also receive information from us about the third parties and categories of third parties with whom we share your information;

2. to provide you with a copy of the personal data that we process;
You have the right to request that we provide you with a copy of some or all of the personal data that we process. We may provide you with a copy electronically, in the commonly used electronic form, unless you request that a copy be delivered to you by other means.

3. to request the rectification and completion of your personal data;
It is important to us that your information is accurate and complete. You have the right to request that your incorrectly entered data be deleted or corrected without delay, as well as to ask us to supplement and update them if they are outdated;

4. to request the deletion of personal data;
In case you want your data to be deleted, or you want us to stop processing it, you can contact us. In the event that your data is necessary for the performance of contractual obligations towards you and you request the deletion of the data, we would like to point out that in this case the contractual obligations may not be fulfilled.

5. to restrict the processing of your personal data by us or a third party in part or in whole in the event of:
you contest the accuracy of the personal data concerning you, in the event that the processing is unlawful and you object to the erasure and request the restriction of use, if we no longer need them but you request them for the purpose of submission, exercising or defending a legal claim, if you have objected to the processing of data in accordance with Article 37 (1) of the GDPR. We are currently assessing whether the legal basis for the processing by the controller outweighs your interests.

6. to file a right of objection;
It is very important for you to know that you have the right to object to the processing of your data at any time. You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data processed for the purposes of direct advertising, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct advertising.

7. to transfer your data to another controller;
If the processing of data is carried out on the basis of your consent or the processing is carried out automatically, you have the right to request from our institution that your personal data be transferred to another controller.

8. to revoke consent to the processing of your personal data;
When processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, you have the right to revoke it at any time. Please note that in the event that you revoke your consent, the revocation does not affect the permissibility of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before the revocation.

9. to file a complaint with the Commissioner;
In the event that you believe that the processing of data is carried out contrary to the Law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

This Policy applies from 01.07.2025.
In case of changes, we will inform you in advance. You are deemed to have agreed to the new version of this Policy if you continue to use our website as defined by this Policy, as the new version of this Policy comes into force.
